Huff Services Planned Tuesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Beulah Partie Huff, 89, will be conducted Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the West End Baptist Church with burial in Broadlawn Cemetery, the Rev. Joe Wingfield, pastor, and Rev. Newt Saye, pastor of Edwards Chapel, officiating.
Mrs. Huff died in an Athens rest-home Monday at 5:35 a.m. Almond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by one duaghter, Mrs. J.E. Rautenberg, Bishop; six grandchildren, Mrs. D.A. Mattox, Denton, Texas; Mrs. R.C. Hazelberg, Decatur; Mrs. J.E. Tatum, Cornelia, and N.R. Rautenberg, Kenner, La.; W.H. and E.K. Rautenberg, both of Bishop; 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Huff was the widow of Howell Cobb Huff. She was a native of Morgan County but moved to Farmington after marriage in 1902 and lived there until the death of her husband 20 years ago. Since then she made her home in Athens.
She was a member of West End Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Royce White, Charlie Kilpatrick, Glenn Kilpatrick, Perry Middlebrooks, Harold Culbertson and Denney Culbertson.
Mrs. Huff had many friends in both Oconee and Clarke County who will be saddened by her death.
