Funeral Notices

McRee – the friends and family of Mr. Bruce McRee, Watkinsville, Ga.; Mrs. Jennie McRee, Miss Jennie V. McRee, Watkinsville, Ga., are invited to attend the funeral of Mr. Bruce McRee Saturday morning, October 21st at 10:30 o’clock from the Watkinsville, Ga., Methodist church. The following gentlemen will serve as active pallbearers and meet at the residence at 10 o’clock; Mr. Tom Murray Veale, Mr. Jimmy Hume, Mr. Harold Elder, Mr. Milton McRee, Mr. Leonard McRee, Mr. Robert Montgomery, Mr. Lamar Elder, and Mr. Hal Durham. The following gentlemen will serve as honorary escort and meet at the Watkinsville Methodist church at 10:15 o’clock: Mr. Henry Griffeth, Mr. Raymond Griffeth, Mr. W.P. McDonald, Mr. R.C. David, Mr. Joe Cooper, Dr. H.B. Harris, Mr. Albert Elder, Sheriff A.Y. Crowley, Mr. Carl Parson, Mr. Rowan Elder, Mr. Fred Fambro, Mr. Arthur Berry, Mr. U.B. Sammons, Mr. W.B. Hale, Mr. Dozier Veale, Mr. Ben McRee, Mr. Horace Veale, and Mr. Addison Hume. Rev. M.B. Sams will officiate, assisted by Rev. W.F. Lunceford. Intrement (sic) will be in Watkinsville cemetery.
