Last Will and Testament of Mrs. HARRIET W. LOCKLIN

I HARRIET W. LOCKLIN of the county of Oconee said State being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other heretofore made by me.

(Item 1) I direct that my body be buried in a Christian like manner suitable to my circumstance in life.

(Item2) I give to my nephew JAMES B. CAMPBELL the sum of Fifty Dollars and at his death the same to his children.

(Item 3) I give to NEILA THOMPSON my niece the sum of Fifty Dollars.

(Item 4) I give to my neice VANIE BURRIS the sum of Fifty Dollars.

(Item 5) I give to my niece LONI BURRIS the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

(Item 6) I give to ELIZA CAMPBELL widow of CHANDLER CAMPBELL the sum of Thirty Dollars.

(Item 7) I give to my niece MAY MOORE wife of JOHN MOORE the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

(Item 8) I give to the children of my niece LAEHR the sum of One Hundred and Twenty five Dollars to be equally divided between them.

(Item 9) I give to my neice RUBIE NABORS One Hundred Dollars
to my nephew ALEX NABORS One Hundred Dollars
and to my nephew EARNEST NABORS One Hundred Dollars. The amount given to EARNEST NABORS is to be held by WM. B. CAMPBELL until in the judgement of said WM. B. CAMPBELL said EARNEST will know how to use it.

(Item 10) I give to my nephew JOHN WM. CAMPBELL One Hundred and fifty Dollars the same to go to his children after his death.

(Item 11) I give to EFFIE MELLNOW Grand Daughter of MARY SEGRAVES Eighty five Dollars and to her sister BEULAH MARTIN Twenty Dollars.

(Item 12) I give to SARAH J. VAUGHN widow of ALEX W. VAUGHN the sum of Six Hundred and Fifty Dollars and to each of his four children to wit: ELLA, PEARLY EARLY, and JAMES the sum of One Hundred Dollars each.

(Item 13) I give to my nephew MELL CAMPBELL and his children the sum of Two Hundred Dollars.
To BOYCE CAMPBELL One Hundred and Fifty Dollars.
to JAMES CAMPBELL One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to WM. B CAMPBELLL One Hundred and Fifty Dollars.
To GIP CAMPBELL One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
To CARL CAMPBELL One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
To ELLA DEADWYLER One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
To MAMIE, Daughter of G. M. CAMPBELL One Hundred and Twenty five Dollars
To JANIS CAMPBELL One Hundred Dollars
to Mrs. SARAH CAMPBELL widow of G.M. CAMPBELL, One Hundred Dollars

(Item 14) I give to my niece BERNICE SMITH Daughter of Dr. WILL CAMPBELL TWELVE DOLLARS.

(Item 15) I give to EDDIE BROWN (MYRA BROWNS SON) Twelve Dollars.

(Item 16) I give to LUTHER HAYES, the sum of One Hundred & Fifty Dollars
to ISRAL HAYES, One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to HARRISON HAYES One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to MATHEW HAYES One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to JOHNIE HAYES One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to VESTA HAYES One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to LONIE HAYES (UNREADABLE) Two Hundred Dollars

(Item 17) I give to COLUMBUS HAYES Thirty five Dollars.

(Item 18) I give to MATTIE WHITEHEAD Twenty five Dollars.

(Item 19) I give to the Baptist Church at Bogart Ga Twenty five Dollars.

(Item 20) I give to Dr. D. N. THOMPSON the Sum of Fifty Dollars to be used by him in reparing my lot in Elbert Cemetery Elberton Ga, cleaned off and in order.

(Item 21) I give to my friend Miss MARY ROBUCK the sum of Five Dollars.

(Item 22) I want NELIA THOMPSON, SALLIE VAUGHN, and MATTIE WHITEHEAD (and other nieces if they wish to) to take charge of all my furniture bedding clothing & etc. and divide the same between my nieces (Except the center table which I give to JAMES LOCKLIN) I give my Fathers picture to SALLIE J. VAUGHN.

(Item 23) I nominate and appoint my nephews, WILLIAM B CAMPBELL J.B. CAMPBELL and ANDY GAINES, Executors of this my last will and direct that they not be required to give bond In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand. This 7th day of February 1913
