I, M. M. JOHNSON, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
I give to my daughter MAGGIE ROPER the house and lot owned by me and occupied by me in Watkinsville Georgia bounded by E.J. VEALE, Central of Ga. Railroad Co., D. B. VEALE and the public street, provided that my husband J. W. JOHNSON shall first have a life estate in the same for a home and whoever lives with him and cares for him for and during the life of said J.W. JOHNSON, and not until his death shall MAGGIE have the possession or any controll of said house and lot.
Item 2d The balance of my property of every kind and character I give to my son L. F. JOHNSON, it being my intention especially to give him the Oconee Enterprise, as well as all other property I may have that is not disposed of in first item hereof.
I hereby nominate R. R. BURGER Executor of this my last will and testament.
