I, S. J. HARRIS of said State and County being of sound and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament
Item 1 I give and bequeath all my property of every kind both real and personal to my friend Mrs. MARZIE WILLIAMS, (who was Miss MARZIE DURHAM before her marriage) she to have the use and benefit of all the property I may own at the time of my death to dispose of as she may see proper.
Item 2 I hereby nominate and appoint DEXTER DURHAM Executor of this my last will and testament and I hereby relieve him of any necessity of having an inventory and appraisement of my estate made and from making annual returns to the court of Ordinary and if it should become necessary to sell any portion of my Estate for the purpose of paying my debts then I direct that my Executor herein named sell such part of my estate as he thinks best for that purpose without order of any court and sell either at public or private sale this March 8th 1913.
